SEARCHED: New programme committee member
The Programme Committee of Civil Engineering consists of student and staff members and is appointed by the dean. This committee advises about different topics concerning the contents, quality and execution of the programme and the regulations for examination. Legally, this committee has the right to advise the Programme Director and the Dean. These advices are binding for the concerning persons unless they have well-grounded reasons to handle otherwise. This is the official way in which students can influence the study programme.
The Programme Committee has around six meetings a year. The meetings are on Thursday morning and last about two hours. Before the meeting, there is an internal meeting with all student members to discuss the meeting documents. Besides the meetings, you will spend some time reading meeting documents. For the student members we are looking for:
