New short version Look-After-Your-Friend training
There is a new version of the Look-After-Your-Friend training! The training usually consists of 2 sessions of both 2 hours, which are complementing and can therefore not be followed separately. However we now also have a 3-hour version, which can be followed in one sitting. Your time as a student can be a lot of fun but it can also be difficult sometimes. A lot of students who experience problems regarding their wellbeing, such as stress, depression or anxiety, first turn to their friends to talk about it before talking to anyone else. During this training we will tell you everything about how to start conversations about wellbeing, how to support your friends, understanding their diagnosis and the services you can contact for help.
