Entreprenurial day
You are one of many active, entrepreneurial students at the University of Twente. Therefore, I would like to invite you to join the University of Twente's Entrepreneurial Day on Thursday 20 June! You will meet other entrepreneurial minds there and be inspired!
Entrepreneurship has been part of the University of Twente’s DNA for over many decades: seeing opportunities where others don’t, taking risks when no one else would and setting up successful teamwork to achieve ambitious goals. For that, we need an environment that encourages and inspires bright minds, and supports them on their way to success. Even if that road leads them along many challenges and sometimes setbacks.
We have invited Guido Berben, who is one of the founders of Tikkie, to tell us how Tikkie completely turned the world of online payment around. We will see the inspiring ideas of various student entrepreneurs, as they present their novel business ideas in the Final of the UT Entrepreneurial Challenge. And there is much more to come, with prizes being awarded and fingerstyle guitar player Mart Hillen, who is making name and fame in the music business at the speed of light.
We would love you to join us on Thursday 20 June and celebrate the exploration of endless opportunities together. The main programme will start at 13:00 hours in de Waaier.
