IMPACT TRAINEESHIP
Looking to give your personal and professional development an extra boost? Our IMPACT Traineeship (starting September 2027) could be the perfect opportunity for you. During this 18-month programme, you’ll join a community of 24 trainees and combine hands-on experience with personal and professional development. Through different work periods and project rotations, you’ll get the opportunity to discover different parts of the organisation and find out where your talents and ambitions fit best. Along the way, you’ll take part in workshops and masterclasses and receive coaching and guidance to support your development.
The recruitment process for the IMPACT Traineeship will start in January 2027.
