If you’re interested in the water engineering branch of civil engineering, don’t miss the chance to attend Water Engineering Day 2026.

This year’s Water Engineering Day, on Thursday, October 29, 2026, will focus on Hydraulic engineering in a global perspective. We’ll be looking ahead to what’s needed in the Netherlands to accommodate our water infrastructure, as the country is becoming increasingly densely populated and space is growing ever scarcer.

Buses will be provided from the University of Twente to Utrecht, which we can use for free.
