To encourage the development and dissemination of knowledge about water, we have established a thesis prize for university students.
The eligibility criteria are set out below.
To be in with a chance of winning the Delfland thesis prize, please note the following rules.
- Provide your full name and address details.
- Clearly state how your research is relevant to the work of the water authorities.
- Please include the following with your submission:
- proof of your thesis mark;
- a letter of recommendation confirming that your university supports your entry for the thesis award.
Your thesis must:
- add value to the primary tasks of the water authorities;
- be a Master’s thesis with a final mark of 8 or higher;
- have been commissioned by a university;
- have been written during the 2025/2026 academic year;
- be written in Dutch or English.
