Perhaps you have your graduation in the near future. To celebrate this good news, you can have a graduation party after the colloquium. The basement pub of ConcepT is a very suitable location for such a party. On this page you can find some information about celebrating your graduation in our basement pub. These graduation parties are organized and run by members of the Borrelcommissie of ConcepT.
A graduation party in the basement pub of ConcepT is always a good time. There is enough space for large groups, but in smaller company it also maintains its good atmosphere. Two or three bartenders will be present at every graduation party, they will take care of the party and provide everyone of drinks. Graduation parties can take place on weekdays, provided that the basement is available. The party can continue after 18:00 o’clock, when the building is closed. The members of the Borrelcommissie will make sure your guests can leave the building. If you have more than 20 guests after 18:00 o’clock, the Borrelcommissie will provide a (cheap) Emergency Response Officer (ERO).
There is one condition to organize your graduation party in the basement pub of ConcepT; the purchase of the base package. Besides drinks, there is also the possibility to serve snacks. These can be added through the purchase of two additions, which of course can be combined to your desire.
Base package
The base package consists of one keg of Grolsch beer (50 L) and basement rent. The latter is a contribution to the rent of the basement pub that the Borrelcommissie has to pay yearly. The base package has a set price. The consumed soft drinks and wine are charged per opened bottle.
Addition:
Savoury snacks, such as cocktail nuts (borrelnootjes), pretzel sticks (zoute sticks) and peanuts.
Of course, we are open to special requests with regards to drinks and/or food. It is no problem if you want to provide your own snacks. The presence of craft beer can also be arranged, if the committee is notified timely.

Note: on Thursdays outside of holidays, the basement is almost certainly not available. Keep this in mind!
