Sad news
Dear students,
This morning we have learned that the esteemed Prof. Dr. Ir. A.Y. (Arjen) Hoekstra, Chairman of the group Multidisciplinary Water Management, suddenly passed away. Our thoughts go out to his relatives and everyone who knew him well.
This unreal news has affected us deeply. Trying to imagine that Professor Arjen Hoekstra is no longer there, is hard to understand, because he was always so full of life.
