Integrated building design involves dealing with numerous interfaces and critical trade-offs, such as sustainability, net congestion, security levels, temporary use, building physics and user requirements, These challenges are a key part of the role of a technical manager in design projects. In this lunch lecture, Annemarleen Kersbergen (Civil Engineering UT 2010-2016) will share her journey from studying civil engineering to becoming a technical manager in building design at Movares. She works on diverse projects and will give you an inside look at some of the challenges that make her work interesting and rewarding.
