This week, the Choose Your Cheers campaign is being launched at the UT. The aim of this campaign is to raise awareness about the social pressure surrounding alcohol use and encourage open, judgment-free conversations about personal choices.

The message is clear: whether you choose a beer, a mocktail or nothing at all, it's about consciously choosing what suits you best. Together, we’re building an inclusive and respectful party culture where everyone feels welcome and safe. Choose Your Cheers is an initiative of the UT's Student Well-being Improvement Programme and is part of broader efforts to enhance student well-being. The campaign was originally developed in Nijmegen, together with students from HAN University of Applied Sciences and Radboud University. Several universities and universities of applied sciences are now participating.
