Would you enjoy rethinking how government covers use of nautical services and come up with innovative and sustainable solutions for 2040? Sign up for the 2040 Hackathon!

Commissioned by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, University College Twente is organizing a Hackathon on Monday, September 9 and Tuesday, September 10 on Campus! They were asked to rethink replacement of 40 year old ships used for monitoring coast for various tasks and need some help in finding more sustainable solutions.

As a student, come join us! Students from all programmes (undergraduate and graduate), disciplines and study years, interested in rethinking and redesigning the way use of nautical services currently work are welcome to join us and learn how to solve real life challenges.

You can apply individually, and the best team will be rewarded with the opportunity to present their ideas at discussion within Ministry on proposal to Government, and the opportunity to be aboard of a Rijksrederij ship. For more information check the following website: ut.onl/uct-hackathon
